Yesterday we got the opportunity to visit a sweet family in Montevallo, Alabama. They have a deer farm and we got to pet all the deer!! It was absolutely amazing how they do it and all the hard work that is involved with it. They are beautiful animals and I am so glad we went and showed Kaleb. He had a blast!!

When we first got there we went into their barn. That is where they had the fawns. We got to bottle feed them. Auh I could have squealed so loud in there, they were absolutely precious!!!!
Afterwards, we traveled to all the pins and feed them too. They had the does and bucks separated. SO neat to see them too! They were still in velvet antlers and shedding there summer coat, so they looked different but still so pretty!
One of our friends got to come with us , he was thrilled and asked questions about the whole process. very interesting how they deal with it all. In this picture above, the deer kept licking Kalebs head! I am so glad Kaleb was no afraid of them! He wanted to play with them all night!
After we visited all the pins, we headed back to the family's house. There we just visited and since it was close to his bed time we got to give him a bath there so when we left on our way home, he just fell asleep in the car!
I cant wait to go back!
