BRINGIN IN THE NEW YEAR!

Let me know say that I CANNOT believe its already 2013!!! Man people are right when they say after high school your life FLIES by!!!

Usually on New Years Eve we don't do much. Maybe get together and shoot fireworks with some folks but nothing over the top. In fact last year me and Kaleb stayed at home be ourselves and Jake went to the hunting club. So I didn't even get a New Years Kiss!! but this year our plans were a little different!
We went to Tunica , MS and GAMBLED!! haha like we have tons of money, not!!

We went with a few friends that asked us to go. We all drove there Monday morning and came home around 6 Tuesday. We stayed at the Harrah's Casino! It was so nice and tons of fun!! =) I was a little nervous at first but we totally had a blast!


When we first got there our room wasn't ready till 3 so we went over to the casino and got started!!
I am not a huge fan of gambling because we don't have alot of money and what we do have I would rather spend on ourselves... but we did excellent this trip =) Brought home more money than we went with!!

Meet Charlie

Jake found a cute little puppy at the hunting club over the weekend! He and Charlie became friends and couldn't give him away!

We took him to the vet yesterday and made sure he was all healthy before we defiantly made him apart of the family! He became a SHE! ( Jake just knew she was a he)

So we welcome Charlie ( unisex name right??) to the household!! Kaleb and Glory love her!!

Vet said she was a great dog. Weighs 5 pounds and is about 7 weeks old. He thinks she is a Lab /Pitt bull mix. Absolutely the sweetest thing!!

I absolutly love christmas music!!

I am not a huge fan of playing it all year long , but love it during season. I love this time of year!!Wrapping gifts and making christmas goodies and gathering with family and friends!

This time of year can by so stressful and busy and I just wanted to post this and tell yall to stop and listen!!

Take this time to listen and remember that christmas is a time to be joyful and happy and stress free!!!

Little Tacky Party

This past Saturday night we had a fabulous little tacky sweater party! This party had been thought of for a while and planned for a month. I wanted it to be cute and fun and not to girlie because it was actually held at my neighbors house. Bachelor Mike =) He and Jake invite some of their friends. We all had such a great time gathering and making new friends and new memories!!

The party was simple. We ate and played dirty Santa. Took pictures and danced. The Wobble. Ha.

Here are some pictures. I wished I had taken a picture of my hair. OMG super cute. I felt like a cheerleader in high school again with my giant Christmas bow. I was sad my Christmas tights didn't make it to me in the mail... but totally made up for it by wearing such a tacky Christmas bow.

Life's a Party

When it comes to birthdays at the work place we go BIG!! haha

We usually always have cake and cards for the birthday person and sometimes we pull pranks!
I had to pull one on her 30th!
We snow-globed her cube!!

Her sister and brother n law put a giant sign on the side of the building that said Happy Birthday along with black flamingos!
But before that, she woke up to her car decorated by her family and son. It said HONK I'm 30! with a ton of balloons everywhere!

It was all super cute! I hate I didn't have more pictures but if your friends with me on facebook you should be able to see the rest!

20 MONTHS

Kaleb  turned 20 months this past Sunday! Below is your picture with santa this year! We compaired your picture from this year and last year and gosh you were soooo chunky monkey last year. This year you have slimmed up to a big boy!!

Christmas is going to be so much fun this year!! I cant wait for you to see and play with all your goodies!!

You weigh about 28 pounds. We don't have to go back to the doctor until your two so I really don't know the exact weight.

You are in a size 24 months clothes and your almost in a size 6 shoe.

You have pee pee in the potty!! your still in diapers but we are making progress!!

You can say more words now... Thank you, Yes Sir ( you can bearly understand, ha) I want more ( used very often) Momma and Dada and you have said Pop to your PePaw and it makes his day!!

Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you!! You have grown up too fast!!

This weekend

I haven't done a post in awhile and I only have a short time span but I wanted to post a few pictures from this weekend.

Friday we stayed in and didn't do much but Saturday we went to the Christmas Parade! I freaking love parades! My favorite is the horses!!

Sunday we stayed around the house after church. I got a chance to cut Jake's hair as well as Kaleb's. Yes I cut it.. auh a little shorter than I wanted but he was so wiggly I did the best I could. Anyway while we were outside on the back porch I got bit by a bug on my eye!! ouch!! It stung a little and immediately started swelling! I took a benedryl that night but the next morning it was worse to I went to the doctor. He gave me a shot in the hinny and told me to take Zyrtec. This is a picture of my eye today. ugly i know!! Please pray for my eye!! I need to look and feel normal again!
